Resume Consulting Firm, LLC Terms of Usage Agreement
All services and use of Resume Consulting Firm, LLC, its web pages and web site are governed by the terms and conditions stipulated under the following Usage Agreement. Any and all use of such web pages constitutes the user's agreement to abide by such terms and conditions. Resume Consulting Firm, LLC reserves the right to change and amend the terms at any time, by posting the changes and/or amendments on this web site. A user agrees to any and all changes and amendments posted herein each and every time a user accesses this site, with each access being equivalent to the user signing his or her concurrence to this agreement.
Privacy.
Price and Availability.
The prices and availability of products and services offered in this website are subject to change without prior notice.
Refund Policy.
Other than the refunds listed strictly within the guidelines of our Guarantees Policy, NO REFUND shall be granted. The customer, by agreeing to pay for any product and/or service, agrees that all aspects of the creation of all products and services offered on this site, including the processes necessary to craft the product and deliver the service to the customer, constitute a set of creative products and services. As such, the customer agrees that all payments for all such creative products and services are final and non-refundable.
Revisions.
All resumes include a 30-Day Period for revisions. Purchase of a resume package may extend the revision period to 30-day, 60-day, or one year dependent on the specific package purchased. Resume Consulting Firm, LLC will process revisions for any product bought by a customer within the period of the purchased resume or package from the submission of the first complete product by Resume Consulting Firm, LLC to the client. In the event that a client fails to notify Resume Consulting Firm, LLC in writing regarding any requests for product revisions, then Resume Consulting Firm, LLC waives its liability to revise that client’s purchased product. There is no limit to the number of revisions within the revision period, but if Resume Consulting Firm, LLC deems the number of revision requests unreasonable we withhold the right to refund all funds and stop the project immediately less the 10% service charge for any reason at anytime.
Communication.
Prompt communication from clients is absolutely necessary in order to ensure timely completions and returns of resumes. Our return time of both standard and rush services are dependent on the time in which Resume Consulting Firm, LLC receives all initial work history and related information as well as complete and clear answers to follow-up enhancement questions. If the client does not respond to emails or does not communicate within a 30-day period the services will be considered completed or closed, after which it will only be reopened if the services are within the purchased revision period, or purchased with additional fees based on the current fee schedule.
Guarantees.
Resume Consulting Firm, LLC works to ensure complete client satisfaction of the quality of its products and services. If a client is not satisfied with products and services rendered, unlimited revisions are available within the revision period of the resume or package purchase. Please see the Revisions policy for more information. Resume Consulting Firm, LLC upholds a Guarantee On Results in which a client may receive a refund of products and services less a 10% service charge under the following guidelines:
"Results" of the Guarantee On Results as defined by Resume Consulting Firm, LLC is the response and/or communication of a company, client, or hiring person/party of any kind in response to resume services purchased from Resume Consulting Firm, LLC either written or orally communicated. We do not guarantee job interviews, job placement, or hiring of any sort.
Payment and Credit Card Usage.
Your credit card account will be managed by PayPal's Privacy Policy to ensure maximum security for your credit card processing. Credit card numbers are transmitted directly to Paypal for authorization and will not be recorded by Resume Consulting Firm, LLC. We encourage you to visit http://www.paypal.com for more information. Please note that Paypal is an online merchant. More information regarding credit card terms can be viewed in our Privacy Policy.
Liability Limitation.
This site, together with the contents, and the products and services being sold herein, are provided by Resume Consulting Firm, LLC on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Resume Consulting Firm, LLC does not make warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the operation of this website site, the information, content or materials included, and the offered products and services herein. Moreover, Resume Consulting Firm, LLC does not represent or warrant that the information, products and services being offered in this website are complete, current, and completely accurate. By using this site, you expressly agree to all risks and liabilities for such use.
